Turn a photo of your signature into a clean digital signature

Sign on plain white paper, take a photo with your phone and drop it here. ExactFit evens out shadows, turns the paper pure white, crops tightly around the ink and fits any pixel size and KB range an application portal asks for.

How it works

  1. 01

We estimate the paper's lighting across the photo and divide it out, so phone shadows and vignetting disappear.

  2. 02

An automatic threshold separates ink from paper; dust and paper texture specks are removed.

  3. 03

The image is cropped to the ink with a small margin, then fitted to your dimensions and compressed into the KB range.

Tips

  • Use a black or dark-blue pen with a medium tip — fine ballpoints can look faint after resizing.
  • Photograph straight from above in daylight; avoid your phone's shadow falling across the signature.
  • Many portals specify both pixels (e.g. 140×60) and KB (e.g. 10–20 KB) — enter both above.

Questions

How do I make my signature fit a size like 140×60 px and 20 KB?

Enter the width, height and KB range above, then drop the photo. The signature is centred on white at that exact size and compressed into the range.

Can I change the ink colour?

Yes — keep the original ink, or switch to clean black or blue.

Is a photo of my signature safe here?

It never leaves your device. All processing is local in your browser.
